The 1L Immersion Silver Copper Base PCB is a single-sided circuit board with a solid copper substrate. It has an immersion silver coating (0.15-0.3um) for better solderability and conductivity. The thickness of the board is 1.2mm overall.
This PCB is great for high power and high thermal dissipation applications. In addition, it meets the stringent reliability requirements of IPC Class 3, making it a perfect candidate for automotive LED lighting, power converters and industrial controls.
