The 8L Resin Plugged Controlled Impedance PCB with Internal Bevel is a high-tech, high-speed, multi-layer PCB intended for consumer, home and network electronics that demand a high precision and reliable operation.
Vias are filled by means of a top-notch resin plugging technology, so there are neither voids nor microcracks. It also aids in preventing solder wicking and results in a flat surface so that even dense component layouts can be mounted.
Definitely controlled impedance (impedance measurement within 5% of target) results in practically no signal corruption at all and so it is highly compatible with very high speed transmission (1 Gbps) and for cases where signal integrity needs to be maintained at the highest level.
